Responsible Practice in situations such as repossessions
We always recommend independent legal advice is taken in either selling to Molae Properties or entering in to a Tenancy Agreement with ourselves. We will arrange and pay for free legal services from one of our recommended solicitors. These solicitors act independently from Molae Properties, this is a strict legal requirement.
In situations such as repossession we will also recommend to clients other professional bodies such as the Citizens Advice Bureau and also to seek advice as to possible housing benefit entitlements where appropriate.
