We will need to know the address or exact location of the garage, its tenure (i.e. freehold or leasehold) and condition. After agreeing a price with you, we will start the conveyancing process and instruct our Solicitors. You will need a Solicitor to act on your behalf. We will contribute £300 towards your legal costs. This should cover the majority of the fees incurred.
