Right from the first phone call, I knew this company is reputable. Julien, is not only professional, he is also kind, responsive, and extremely helpful. He gave me a clear and concise path laying out the step by step process. I would, highly, recommend this company and in particular Julien. Give him a call and you’ll know, exactly, what I mean. There’s a sense of old school fair play and good business practice that Molae Properties have, that unfortunately so many other companies don’t these days.

I needed to sell quickly having found a new property i did not want to lose out on. Julien was very easy to deal with and did not reduce his offer like many other cash buying firms. He was in a position to complete the purchase very quickly, which allowed me to secure my new property with ease. If you are looking for a quick hassle-free sale at a fair price i would highly recommend Molae Property. Not only were we offered a fair price but once we had decided to go ahead with the sale The whole process was explained to us and Julien ensured we were kept up to speed on every step. Thanks to most of the legwork being taken away from us we had just a few forms to fill in and were able to complete the sale of the property in around a month. We found an ideal new home at the end of November 2016 after searching for three years, and were eager to move quickly.
